• A late-2000s archive runner reissued for now: the GEL-NIMBUS 10.1 rebuilds the 2008 original's asymmetric upper and signature open-mesh paneling, originally engineered to move with the foot's natural bone structure.
• This "Slate Blue" colorway goes monochrome — the hue runs across the leather overlays, mesh base, midsole, and GEL cushioning capsules, broken up only by grey mesh underlays and sage green hits on the lace loops and outsole.
• Underfoot, the GEL-Kayano 14's midsole geometry carries dual-layer EVA foam, GEL technology at the heel and forefoot, and a TRUSSTIC support system for stability — with at least 20% recycled synthetic leather in the upper.
