Hey, sometimes things don't work out! We understand - let's figure it out. 

 

  • We are happy to process an exchange or a return for store credit within 14 days of your purchase on all unworn, unwashed goods. Please shoot us a note at info@brotherbrother.us to communicate your return or exchange. 
  • All goods that were purchased with a discount code or on sale will be considered FINAL sale. 
  • Apothecary, books, and magazines are considered FINAL sale. 
  • Shipping on returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. Unless instructed differently by a member of the Brother Brother Team 
  • Customer grievances are subject to a conversation on instagram live.
